The U.S. is the best way harder spproved from your state. However, I was at home more "certified" inspectors who know little or nothing about building construction, electricity, or do not know, or air conditioning needs, they have absolutely no idea fire. I know one - and only - building inspector who really knows what he's doing.

If you want a home inspector, take a course in construction of residential houses. Join the International Code Council, and to take its course. Do not go into the environment or not fully committed. The industry is full of idiots. We do not need more idiots. We need intelligent professionals who care about the industry.
