When I come to the age of 21 who wish to apply for and obtain a permit to conceal and transport, if it is 21 in September. Currently I have all the security permissions of firearms, but what I will be accepted before I leave? The adults need lessons in the safety of firearms?

PS I do not need liberal BS about how I need a gun, while I live in the United States of America to exercise all the rights that you do.
